Redmi K20 and K20 Pro: Full Specifications and Review
Xiaomi is reportedly going to launch their long-awaited devices dubbed as Redmi K20 and K20 pro on 28th May. In the past month or so the internet has been full of the concept renders of the device. Reportedly, the Redmi K20 pro is going to be a flagship device while the Redmi K20 is going to be a mid-range device.
As of now the Redmi K20 and K20 pro will only be launched in China. We expect pretty stunning specifications in both the smartphones as Xiaomi never fails to make their customers unhappy with their smartphones. The Redmi K20 pro will go head to head with OnePlus 7 which was launched earlier this month. Reportedly both the device will have a motorized pop-up camera which we can say that has been the trend of the year 2019 so far.
The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro both are expected to have multi variants. According to the rumors, Redmi K20 will be sold at a price tag of CNY 1885 (INR 19,000). While the Redmi K20 Pro will be sold in three variants; CNY 2,599 (INR. 26,100) for the 6GB/64GB variant, CNY 2,799 (INR 28,100) for the 6GB/128GB variant, and CNY 2,999 ( INR 30,200) for the 8GB/128GB variant. Display
Let’s start things off with the display, the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro are expected to have a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display without any kind of notch, as the devices’ will have a pop-up selfie snapper. A 19:9 aspect ratio, 1080 x 2340 pixels, a fully bezel-less screen, and 403 ppi density.
Also, the device will have a back glass too which will add more beauty to the device. Both the devices’ screen looks fairly vibrant. As mentioned above, there are currently two color variants expected to be launched in India – Blue and Red.
Processor
As the Redmi K20 Pro is a flagship device so, it is expected to have a strong processor while on Redmi K20 we can still expect a mediocre processor.
Let’s have a look at the processor of the devices, the Redmi K20 Pro will be having an octa-core Qualcomm SDM855 Snapdragon processor 855 coupled with Adreno 640. And, the Redmi K20 will have an octa-core Qualcomm SDM703 Snapdragon 703 processor.
6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal memory which can be further increased up to 512 GB with the help of an external SD card.
Camera
Now let us talk about the cameras of the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro. At the mid-range and flagship price range, we can a decent pair of cameras in the devices.
As of now, we know that both the devices will have a similar camera configuration. Both the devices are expected to feature a triple 48-megapixels rear camera setup, along with a 13MP ultra wide lens and an 8MP depth sensor.
According to the leaks and rumors, both the devices will have a pop-up selfie camera which will be housing a 20MP selfie snapper.
Battery and More
