Where knowledge is neutral
Even after half a century of India’s independence, the fortunes of education, teachers and students have never improved. The government’s neutrality in the development of human resources and education, which includes a large section of society, has not changed. There are still more than 40 million illiterate unemployed youth in Steelland.
India claims to be the third largest power in the world, but the lowest when judged on the basis of a thousand people. The social decline due to political power is reflected in the educational institutions in India. Abortion has become commonplace on self-made and politician-filled campuses.
Democracy in higher education, while a great concept, has eroded campus over the past 20 years. They are managed by branches that pay less attention to priority, honesty and intellectual importance. Moral and political decisions serve many people and reflect social catharsis.
India’s British-dominated geography is astonishing at the demise of politically charged, disorganized institutions and democracy. The classic conservative desire for an organized state and the search for knowledge on campus is over. No matter what brand the country runs, this section of the society is not respected. Students or teachers who do not have a voice do not provide important services, education is not in the national interest. As a state subject, education policy is subject to many violations.
While this is a constitutional task, the lack of funding and manageable initiatives has led to the development of universities, pseudo-campuses, private businesses and new educational centers, as well as foreign campuses. Since it is not subject to VAT or other financial restrictions, it has been proven to be a large financial plan without any major risk. Today, there are more institutions in India than colleges, for young people looking for education and for those who want to fly to green pastures.
The Legitimate Institute-University Grants Commission is a revered and slaughtered sacred cow in the formulation of policy on higher education, system development, financing, grants and wages. It makes sense to look at the level of UGC self-regulation. The Post Office, State Institution distributes small grants approved by the Central Government to universities or institutions, depending on the status of the recipient institution, state, central, autonomous or recognized universities. . There are always complaints about lack of funding. The administration needs to assess the ability of wardrobes and legislators to cut costs to feed and train many villages. The teacher wants the students to reach new heights.
Central and regional governments are urging the SMA to stifle protesters, but it will not take long for politicians and bureaucrats to benefit. To live with most of them, they need to be balanced. The government has failed to take effective measures to prevent education from becoming industrialized. Grants to Parliament and the House of Lords have doubled in just a few hours, but for more than four decades, the Kotri Commission’s proposals have justified educating 6% of the region’s GDP.
Students from various educational institutions go on strike every year, demanding higher fees. Tuition is currently 13% of the annual cost of university education. It is now a strong industry aimed at making money. Poor students, although intelligent, are unable to attend colleges, vocational institutes or courses. They can join such courses by placing a heavy burden on their family banks or financial institutions. Even in the United States, tuition fees are 15% of the annual cost of higher education. Nehru said that if it works with universities, it will be good for the country. Rabindranath Tagore once said that the educated classes in India “added a second floor to the old building, but unfortunately the architect forgot to put a ladder between them”.
The teaching profession in the country is declining, teachers are unable to compete with our society, lack of muscle strength, learning and otherwise. They lack the courage and institutional support of sour cream officers.
